According to a survey by the Workforce Institute at Kronos Inc., it’s the largest amount ever since the institute began tracking in 2005. As a matter of fact, most businesses do operate as usual, and those that choose to take Monday off will need to use a day from their Paid Time Off (PTO) accumulation.
