Flex HR has openings in both our company and our Client’s organizations as well. We are the off-site Human Resources department for our clients or Consultants leading an HR function. We provide a value-added service by assisting our clients with their recruiting efforts by providing them with qualified candidates found in our database or network of associates. In most cases, we simplify the process for our clients by receiving and screening the resumes and passing along the most qualified candidates. Our client is ultimately responsible for the final selection.

A successful HR Manager at Flex HR will have the following traits:

  • A spirit of service, where you aim to find HR-related solutions for clients and go above and beyond to help them.
  • More than 5 years of deep HR experience, ideally in multiple HRIS platforms. It’s a plus to have strong onboarding experience, leave of absence management experience, and benefits administration experience.
  • A deep love of getting into the details and then guiding people with your answers.

A successful Payroll Manager at Flex HR will have the following traits:

  • A spirit of service, where you aim to find payroll-related solutions for clients and go above and beyond to help them.
  • More than 5 years of deep payroll experience, ideally in multiple HRIS platforms.
  • A love of numbers and making sure things are right, down to the penny.

A successful Strategic HR Consultant at Flex HR will have the following traits:

  • A spirit of service, where you aim to find HR-related solutions for clients and go above and beyond to help them.
  • An independent contractor who has your own LLC.
  • More than 12 years of deep HR experience, really “doing the things” and not just delegating to direct reports or another department. This includes a strong knowledge of benefits administration, being able to optimize an HRIS platform, and knowing state-by-state compliance.
  • Experience within a smaller organization of under 100 employees at different points in your career, where you have had to wear “many hats,” which is a similar experience to being an HR consultant.
  • Being accustomed to the ups and downs that come with working as an entrepreneur, while running your LLC as an HR consultant.
