Flex HR has openings in both our company and our Client’s organizations as well. We are the off-site Human Resources department for our clients or Consultants leading an HR function. We provide a value-added service by assisting our clients with their recruiting efforts by providing them with qualified candidates found in our database or network of associates. In most cases, we simplify the process for our clients by receiving and screening the resumes and passing along the most qualified candidates. Our client is ultimately responsible for the final selection.

As a Client Success Manager, you will represent Flex HR, Inc. as the main point of contact for our clients. You communicate with clients daily to provide training, support, issue resolution and assist with human capital management.
