Flex HR, Inc. has a large cadre of senior human resources professionals who have decades of proven effective human resources leadership capabilities. Their tenure involvement as HR Consultants with Flex HR has covered thousands of different organizations, in various industries, from a few to over 75,000 employees.
President & CEO
President and CEO of Flex HR, Inc., Jim has 30+ years experience in human resources, holding senior level positions in companies that were privately held, pre-IPO, foreign owned, joint venture, Fortune 50 and one labeled the “fastest growing F1000 in America.” He has a solid background in high tech, manufacturing, services and management.
His background in human resources includes organizational process evaluation and improvement, labor laws, integration of businesses, cost reduction, organizational development, and all functional areas of human resources. These include but are not limited to Benefits, Compensation, Staffing, Diversity, ERISA, DOL Compliance, Immigration, Learning & Development, Stock Administration, Executive Compensation, Employee Relations, and over 300 Mergers & Acquisitions. Jim’s experience includes operational HR management knowledge globally in 32 countries, and has transitioned companies from 30 to 67,000 employees worldwide. Companies he has worked for include Unisys, Novell, Premiere Technologies and PaySys International. Jim is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
Jim also spent 26 years in the Army National Guard achieving the rank of Colonel, was inducted into the Officer Candidate School Hall of Fame, and received numerous awards including the Legion of Merit. Jim holds a BA in Applied Behavioral Sciences, is a graduate of the Department of Defense Equal Opportunity Institute, has served on the board of HealthSource of Georgia, and was an inside board member of 17 companies. He is an active member of many HR professional organizations.

In 2008, Jim was recognized by the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce as The “Small Business Person of the Year.” And recently, Catalyst Magazine recognized Flex HR as 1 of 18 Companies CEO’s in Atlanta would like to own. Jim is married to his wife Eldeen for 40 years and has two daughters. He recently served on the Board of Directors for HomeStretch.
Diane Tuccito, SPHR, CCP, GRP, Vice President of Human Resources
Diane has over 25 years of executive level global HR executive level global HR experience and applies this experience and knowledge to design solutions for her clients’ issues. She has been the top HR Executive for companies in diverse industries. Diane has a strong business acumen that enables her to align HR solutions with the business strategy.
Diane has been recognized as a leader in the HR profession and has received the Lifetime Achievement Award from SHRM-Atlanta and the Pinnacle Award from SHRM-National. She supports the profession through her volunteer leadership roles, which include Committee Chair for SHRM-National and President and Board member for SHRM-Atlanta and President of the Atlanta Area Compensation Association.
Diane received a BS degree from the New York Institute of Technology and a MBA from Mercer University. Diane is a certified HR and Compensation professional and has her SPHR, CCP and GRP.
As Vice President of Human Resources at Flex HR, Diane provides clients with strategic HR solutions for their talent issues. She offers her clients the benefit of her vast knowledge and experience to efficiently and effectively manage all aspects of Human Resources. Diane also helps her clients with specific HR projects including but not limited to organizational design, competency modeling, HR analytics and dashboards, compensation and total rewards strategies and incentive plans, HR policies & procedures, leadership and employee development, employee engagement and survey design, HCM system selection and implementation, executive and career coaching, and outplacement.

Thea is a Human Resources professional with over 25 years of experience at major companies like Regions Bank, The Coca-Cola Company, ADP, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, The Travelers Companies, and Georgia Power. Her knowledge and expertise includes Workforce Planning, Employee Relations, Workplace Investigations, Career Counseling, Performance Management, Compensation, and Recruiting.
She is accustomed to leading numerous internal teams in office locations across the nation. While at The Coca-Cola Company Thea received the Mega-Tag award voted by the executive committee for project work on redesign of Corporate Performance Management system. She led the reorganization during Ernst & Young merger with Cap Gemini resulting in appropriate business and mentoring alignment of 6000 Americas consulting professionals resulting in 93% satisfaction rating from leadership and staff. At Traveler’s she was recognized for superior performance on special project work with an Outstanding Achievement Award.
Versed in Acquisitions and Mergers, Training, Change Management, and Culture initiatives, Thea implemented programs like “Who moved my cheese”, “Safe to Say” executive awareness, and “Build the Best Tea” mentoring initiatives.
Thea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University Of Georgia and is a member of the National Society for Human Resource Professionals and volunteers for United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia.
Teresa Monday, Director of Recruiting & Customer Success
Teresa Monday joined Flex HR, Inc. at the beginning of 2009, to lead the Recruiting/Executive Search efforts for all Flex HR’s Clients. Teresa’s responsibilities include managing the recruiting process, consulting with our clients on new hiring needs, talent acquisition, on-boarding and future talent growth planning with our clients. Teresa or a member of her team also works virtually or at our client’s sites as needed on a consulting basis part time when a full time recruiter is not needed year round.
Teresa is a proven and accomplished Recruiting professional with over 20 years of experience providing consultative services including both Corporate and the Staffing Industry to include 12 years of Management experience. Working both sides within recruiting industry, she has been able to provide upscale candidates to all her clients past and present regardless of industry or position.
Teresa has implemented HR initiatives that have had an impact on business objectives, has lowered turnover rates for companies by 50% within the 1st year of servicing a client by understanding the company’s exact needs and most importantly, driving their business performance. Some initiatives include talent acquisition, career development, compensation analysis, performance management, workers’ comp, train the trainer, employee relations, workforce planning, forecast needs, strategic staffing and talent management. Listening and understanding the clients exact need is Teresa’s biggest asset to all our clients.
DPA, Senior Vice President
Dr. Cascone has been a Senior Vice President at Flex HR since 2005. During his tenure he has served as an HR consultant to numerous CEOs and Presidents of small and medium size companies in the United States and abroad. His primary areas of specialization include: Executive and Management Development, Strategic Planning, Capacity-Building and Corporate Compliance.
Prior to joining Flex HR, Inc., Dr. Cascone served as Executive Vice President Affiliated Computer Services, Inc., a $ 6.5 billion public company and leading provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) services to Fortune 1000 companies worldwide. While at ACS, Dr. Cascone provided leadership in successfully integrating the 700+ employees from Consultec, Inc. into ACS’ Government Services Division of over 20,000 employees. During this integration, Dr. Cascone served as the Vice President of Human Resources and was successful in supporting a 250% increase in revenue growth.
Prior to ACS, Dr. Cascone spent over twenty years in Human Resources management and executive positions at Consultec, Inc. In this capacity, Dr. Cascone successfully established a Human Resources Department, and then led the department and the company’s growth to 1,100 employees. Dr. Cascone has also held faculty appointments to the Graduate Schools at Emory University, The University of Georgia, the University of St. Francis and Atlanta University, where he has taught graduate courses in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Principles of Management Administration and Public Policy. Dr. Cascone currently teaches management and public policy studies as an Adjunct Professor at Georgia State University.
Dr. Cascone’s international experience includes serving as a consultant to the Carter Center, The Ministry of Health for Egypt and MEMO International, an Egyptian Consulting Firm specializing in providing Management Development Services to organizations and governments in the Middle East. Additional consulting engagement include: Sigma Consulting and Training, a company located in Dubai UAE; the UAE Ministry of Education, Zayed University in Dubai and the Apollo Hospital System, Mumbai, India. Dr. Cascone also serves on several Boards of Director including the Commission on STEM and STEAM Accreditation.
Dr. Cascone received his Doctoral Degree in Public Administration from The University of Georgia, a Masters Degree in Social Science from Fordham University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Spring Hill College. He is a member of numerous of professional associations.
Philip A. Davis
Senior Vice President
Phil Davis has a broad background in human resources and organization development, including senior level experience with companies broadly recognized for their progressive human resources practices such as General Electric, Frito-Lay, and Pitney Bowes. His industry experience includes manufacturing, foods, IT consulting and national and international sales/marketing organizations. As a corporate executive, Phil has performed at the business leadership level since 1980. Phil is highly accomplished at helping organizations grow, building organizations and infrastructure, and in tailoring Human Resources programs and initiatives to the exact requirement of organizations in high change environments.
His accomplishments include 1) supporting the development and implementation of a consumer focused marketing and sales organization at GE-Lighting to reverse revenue/price erosion and the thwart industry trends toward private label and generic products; 2) the commercial integration of Borg Warner Chemicals into GE-Plastics in 120 days thereby retaining critical commercial talent; 3) the divestiture and process re-engineering of Monarch Marking Systems from Pitney Bowes to Paxar creating an additional $100 million in market value; 4) the consolidation of eight of M.A. Hanna’s plastics compounding businesses achieving dramatic reductions in product development and product delivery cycles; and 40) the development and implementation of a full suite of support systems for the consolidation of five free standing IT consulting firms that together formed PSINet Consulting Solutions.
Phil’s Human Resources consulting experience includes many high tech and services related industries. He specializes in quickly assessing business issues and opportunities, and in helping management cost effectively achieve their business goals and develop their human capital assets.
He is a graduate of the University of Georgia with an M.S. in Business Administration and a B.S. in Psychology.

SPHR, Senior Vice President
Gene Caudle is the practice leader for OFCCP Government Contractor Compliance, Affirmative Action and OSHA Safety Compliance programs for Flex HR. Throughout his comprehensive human resources career, Caudle worked with several Fortune 500 organizations well known for their leading edge HR programs and “best practice” processes. His experience includes working for the CECO Corporation, a Fortune 500 organization in the Construction/Engineering industry. While a senior HR leader with CECO, Caudle led the winning team that received the National Society of Professional Engineer’s prestigious Professional Development Award. The national award is presented annually to the company that exemplifies outstanding contributions to the advancement and improvement of the engineering profession through its employment policies and HR practices. CECO – Mitchell Engineering was the Society’s first ever two-time winner of this award thanks to Caudle’s HR leadership.
Caudle has global experience with major manufacturing, professional services, warehouse/distribution and logistics organizations. As the Sr. HR leader for AmeriCold Logistics, Universal Furniture, AO Smith – Tower Automotive, and FMC Corporation; Caudle helped reengineer the human resources functions, achieving substantial bottom line cost savings. As VP HR of Universal Furniture, the world’s largest manufacturer of bedroom, dining room and occasional furniture, AO Smith – Tower Automotive, a major tier automotive components manufacturer Caudle has managed global HR with facilities in Wales, England Europe, Southeast Asia and China.
As a Sr. consultant with Flex HR, Caudle has worked with startup organizations, construction, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, home furnishings and technology organizations. As a recognized expert in affirmative action planning and strategic diversity programs, Caudle has completed over 300 AAPs and conducted over 500 internal EEO investigations.
As a career member of the Society of Human Resources Management, Caudle holds the highest level of professional certification SPHR – Life Certified Senior Professional of Human Resources. He is a chapter founder and former president of the Golden Triangle SHRM chapter and has held numerous offices in various SHRM chapters including attending the first SHRM leadership conference. He also maintains professional memberships in the American Society of Training and Development, American Management Association, American Society of Safety Engineers, and the National Industry Liaison Group.
Caudle is a certified trainer and executive coach with an MBA from Mississippi State University and undergraduate degree from Memphis State University (BBA). Caudle has supplemented his formal education with various training certifications in positive guidance counseling, lean/six sigma transformations; values based leadership development, team building, performance management, change management, and project management. He has led organizations in the structured transformation into Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Caudle was previously an Adjunct Professor of Management with Colorado Technical University.
Joseph (Joe) Dickens has over 35 years of operations and human resources management experience in several industries including distribution, manufacturing, food and beverage, agriculture, construction and health care. The combination of human resources and operations management had provided him with a strong background in implementing organizational and operational changes in many different business environments.
Joe has served in a number of corporate and executive positions. As the Vice President Human Resources for ContiGroup Companies/Wayne Farms, LLC, Dickens created the company’s first professional Human Resources function, becoming a “true partner” in strategically managing the business. As Vice President of Human resources and Communication for GSPG, Joe was a major player in the creation of the General Signal Pump Group’s merger and acquisition strategy for such companies as Aurora Pump, Verti-Line, Fairbanks Morse, Hydro-Matic, and Layne & Bowler.
Dickens offers a unique set of skills and experiences in the areas of labor and employee relations, mergers and acquisitions, management development, training, and operations management.
Joe holds a MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Beverly Hills, in addition to a BA in Psychology from Aurora University. He is a certified instructor for Development Dimensions Institute (DDI) management and supervisory training programs, certified Senior Human Resources Professional (SHRP), a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, a certified golf instructor and a member of the National Registry of Professional Golf Instructors (NRPGI).
