Jennifer Morehead Flex HR CEO

Jennifer Morehead

Jennifer “Jenny” Morehead is the CEO of Flex HR. She is an entrepreneur, sales and marketing expert, independent board member, and author. She prides herself on building strong teams that exceed expectations for their clients. Before Flex HR, Jenny successfully launched and ran a company that created marketing solutions for local businesses through the country. She created a high growth environment for the business and ran human resources in addition to her duties as CEO. Before her marketing solutions business she helped run a sales department at a media company that included roles in recruiting, hiring, and putting together new employee training sessions.

 

Jenny earned her bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and her MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. Jenny co-authored Make Your Business Social, which was published by New York-based Business Expert Press. She has also written CEO From Home, expected in 2021 from John Hunt Publishing. CEO From Home details how people can start, acquire or maintain a virtual business and features important human resources advice throughout the book.

 

Jenny is married to her husband Brad and has three sons. She serves on numerous boards including the leadership council for the Field Museum, the regional council for Northwestern University, and the guild of the Chicago Botanic Garden.

Jim Cichanski

President and CEO of Flex HR, Inc., Jim has 30+ years experience in human resources, holding senior level positions in companies that were privately held, pre-IPO, foreign owned, joint venture, Fortune 50 and one labeled the “fastest growing F1000 in America.” He has a solid background in high tech, manufacturing, services and management.

 

His background in human resources includes organizational process evaluation and improvement, labor laws, integration of businesses, cost reduction, organizational development, and all functional areas of human resources. These include but are not limited to Benefits, Compensation, Staffing, Diversity, ERISA, DOL Compliance, Immigration, Learning & Development, Stock Administration, Executive Compensation, Employee Relations, and over 300 Mergers & Acquisitions. Jim’s experience includes operational HR management knowledge globally in 32 countries, and has transitioned companies from 30 to 67,000 employees worldwide. Companies he has worked for include UnisysNovellPremiere Technologies and PaySys International. Jim is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

 

Jim also spent 26 years in the Army National Guard achieving the rank of Colonel, was inducted into the Officer Candidate School Hall of Fame, and received numerous awards including the Legion of Merit. Jim holds a BA in Applied Behavioral Sciences, is a graduate of the Department of Defense Equal Opportunity Institute, has served on the board of HealthSource of Georgia, and was an inside board member of 17 companies. He is an active member of many HR professional organizations.

 

Inc. Magazine in September 2008, 2012 and 2013 recognized Flex HR, Inc. as an Inc 5000 “Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies in America”. In 2008, Jim was recognized by the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce as The “Small Business Person of the Year.” And recently, Catalyst Magazine recognized Flex HR as 1 of 18 Companies CEO’s in Atlanta would like to own. Jim is married to his wife Eldeen for 40 years and has two daughters. He recently served on the Board of Directors for HomeStretch.

Jennifer Bryant

Jennifer Bryant, PHR, SHRM-CP Senior Vice President HR Operations

Jennifer has comprehensive human resources management experience including senior HR roles heading up corporate strategic HR functions that consist of including process improvement, conflict resolution, change management, labor relations, recruitment and retention, and benefit administration. She has proven practice collaborating with senior management to conduct Human Resource strategic planning in order to support and cultivate corporate goals. Jennifer has also demonstrated her abilities by initiating cost containment strategies tactics resulting in significant company savings.

 

Her responsibilities, which have been in a multiple range of industries, and companies with many different entities, have included but are not limited to: Strategic HR Planning & Execution, Benefits Management, ESOP Administration, Payroll, Performance Management and Initiatives, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Training, Due Diligence, Mergers & Acquisitions, Handbook Policy and Employee Relations.

 

Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management at Columbia Southern University, a Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR) at the Human Resources Certification Institute, a Human Resource Management Certificate from the University of Georgia, and she has earned her SHRM-CP.

 

Jennifer is very involved in the Society for Human Resources and resides in the city of Milton, GA.

John Cascone

DPA, Senior Vice President

Dr. Cascone has been a Senior Vice President at Flex HR since 2005. During his tenure he has served as an HR consultant to numerous CEOs and Presidents of small and medium size companies in the United States and abroad. His primary areas of specialization include: Executive and Management Development, Strategic Planning, Capacity-Building and Corporate Compliance.

 

Prior to joining Flex HR, Inc., Dr. Cascone served as Executive Vice President Affiliated Computer Services, Inc., a $ 6.5 billion public company and leading provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) services to Fortune 1000 companies worldwide. While at ACS, Dr. Cascone provided leadership in successfully integrating the 700+ employees from Consultec, Inc. into ACS’ Government Services Division of over 20,000 employees. During this integration, Dr. Cascone served as the Vice President of Human Resources and was successful in supporting a 250% increase in revenue growth.

 

Prior to ACS, Dr. Cascone spent over twenty years in Human Resources management and executive positions at Consultec, Inc. In this capacity, Dr. Cascone successfully established a Human Resources Department, and then led the department and the company’s growth to 1,100 employees. Dr. Cascone has also held faculty appointments to the Graduate Schools at Emory University, The University of Georgia, the University of St. Francis and Atlanta University, where he has taught graduate courses in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Principles of Management Administration and Public Policy. Dr. Cascone currently teaches management and public policy studies as an Adjunct Professor at Georgia State University.

 

Dr. Cascone’s international experience includes serving as a consultant to the Carter Center, The Ministry of Health for Egypt and MEMO International, an Egyptian Consulting Firm specializing in providing Management Development Services to organizations and governments in the Middle East. Additional consulting engagement include: Sigma Consulting and Training, a company located in Dubai UAE; the UAE Ministry of Education, Zayed University in Dubai and the Apollo Hospital System, Mumbai, India. Dr. Cascone also serves on several Boards of Director including the Commission on STEM and STEAM Accreditation.

 

Dr. Cascone received his Doctoral Degree in Public Administration from The University of Georgia, a Masters Degree in Social Science from Fordham University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Spring Hill College. He is a member of numerous of professional associations.

Philip A. Davis

Senior Vice President

Phil Davis has a broad background in human resources and organization development, including senior level experience with companies broadly recognized for their progressive human resources practices such as General Electric, Frito-Lay, and Pitney Bowes. His industry experience includes manufacturing, foods, IT consulting and national and international sales/marketing organizations. As a corporate executive, Phil has performed at the business leadership level since 1980. Phil is highly accomplished at helping organizations grow, building organizations and infrastructure, and in tailoring Human Resources programs and initiatives to the exact requirement of organizations in high change environments.

 

His accomplishments include 1) supporting the development and implementation of a consumer focused marketing and sales organization at GE-Lighting to reverse revenue/price erosion and the thwart industry trends toward private label and generic products; 2) the commercial integration of Borg Warner Chemicals into GE-Plastics in 120 days thereby retaining critical commercial talent; 3) the divestiture and process re-engineering of Monarch Marking Systems from Pitney Bowes to Paxar creating an additional $100 million in market value; 4) the consolidation of eight of M.A. Hanna’s plastics compounding businesses achieving dramatic reductions in product development and product delivery cycles; and 40) the development and implementation of a full suite of support systems for the consolidation of five free standing IT consulting firms that together formed PSINet Consulting Solutions.

 

Phil’s Human Resources consulting experience includes many high tech and services related industries. He specializes in quickly assessing business issues and opportunities, and in helping management cost effectively achieve their business goals and develop their human capital assets.

 

He is a graduate of the University of Georgia with an M.S. in Business Administration and a B.S. in Psychology.

Senior Vice President

Heleen Grossman is a results-oriented executive with over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Sales. Her multifaceted experience with major Fortune 100 companies (i.e. Mars, Inc. and PepsiCo) includes strategic planning, benefits and compensation, change management, training and development, staffing, diversity programs and employee relations. Heleen has a proven history of successfully leading innovative programs that not only enhance operations, but also make a positive impact on morale and productivity, greatly boosting profitability and growth.

 

Her background and experience in Human Resources has enabled her to work closely with Senior Management to successfully implement several redesigns of organizations, create new teams and structures, manage change and integrate new processes, procedures and policies. Heleen is a native of Atlanta and holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Georgia. She is currently a member of SHRM, Professional Women’s Network and a volunteer in her community for many local programs and projects.

Carolyn Hill

Vice President

For over 17 years, Carolyn has proven leadership experience in Human Resources, with a strong business partner background, working in various industries such as medical device, pharmaceutical, professional service organizations, consumer products & manufacturing. She was responsible for multi-site & matrix organizations supporting a wide range of functional client groups including sales & marketing, engineering, manufacturing, R&D, customer service, & corporate functions.

 

Previously, Carolyn spent 6 years providing HR guidance and leadership to Kimberly- Clark Healthcare and the pharmaceuticals sector, directing all start-up aspects including talent management, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, and compensation and benefits systems. Carolyn completed a Merger & Acquisition special project by partnering with cross-functional teams on integration activities, establishing and merging compensation, benefits, performance management system, and HRIS platforms.

 

Her responsibilities have included but are not limited to: Strategic HR Planning & Execution, Human Resources Policy & Procedure, Benefits, Compensation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Culture & Change Management, Performance Management and Employee Relations, Recruiting, Organizational Development and Training Programs & Workshops.

 

In addition to her Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification, Carolyn also received her ADKAR Methodology Change Management certification. She is a certified human behavior consultant and DiSC facilitator through Personality Insights. Carolyn earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR Management degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Madison, NJ, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology at Montclair State University, Upper Montclair, NJ. Carolyn now resides in Cumming, GA with her family.

Lytana Kids

Senior Vice President

Lytana comes to Flex HR from UPS with over 34 years of progressive human resources operations and management experience.

 

Her responsibilities have included but are not limited to: Strategic HR Planning & Execution, streamlining HR processes, Human Capital efforts during transformations, creating positive employee relations, succession planning, talent acquisition, mergers & acquisitions, effective business partner training, employee investigations and compliance. Lytana’s excellent planning skills give her an added edge when creating multi-year project plans. She is proud to have been a strategic business partner, leading enterprise transformation human capital efforts, directing the move of 70+ HR processes to Shared Services with enhanced technology solutions, spearheading methods to hire more than 150,000 employees annually, and leading an acquisition of over 8,000 employees.

Teresa Monday

Teresa Monday, Director of Recruiting & Customer Success

Teresa Monday joined Flex HR, Inc. at the beginning of 2009, to lead the Recruiting/Executive Search efforts for all Flex HR’s Clients. Teresa’s responsibilities include managing the recruiting process, consulting with our clients on new hiring needs, talent acquisition, on-boarding and future talent growth planning with our clients. Teresa or a member of her team also works virtually or at our client’s sites as needed on a consulting basis part time when a full time recruiter is not needed year round.

 

Teresa is a proven and accomplished Recruiting professional with over 20 years of experience providing consultative services including both Corporate and the Staffing Industry to include 12 years of Management experience. Working both sides within recruiting industry, she has been able to provide upscale candidates to all her clients past and present regardless of industry or position.

 

Teresa has implemented HR initiatives that have had an impact on business objectives, has lowered turnover rates for companies by 50% within the 1st year of servicing a client by understanding the company’s exact needs and most importantly, driving their business performance. Some initiatives include talent acquisition, career development, compensation analysis, performance management, workers’ comp, train the trainer, employee relations, workforce planning, forecast needs, strategic staffing and talent management. Listening and understanding the clients exact need is Teresa’s biggest asset to all our clients.

Zarena Marcus

HR Consultant

Zarena has demonstrated over 20 proven years of success in human resources and strategic leadership across a variety of business environments including New Line Cinema (A Time Warner Company), Nissan North America, Inc., The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and House Of Blues Entertainment, Inc. She is very results-oriented leading human capital through diverse business cycles and has an extensive background working with high- growth, start-up and multiple, high-volume organizations. Zarena enjoys providing HR consulting services and facilitating implementation of solutions that align with the company’s overall direction.

 

Her HR knowledge comprises of labor relations & compliance, employee & labor relations, H&SH investigation, employee training & development, policy & program development, diversity & community outreach, sexual harassment, project management, recruitment, strategic sourcing & relocation, on-boarding efforts, and compliance.

 

Zarea is also engaged in running Emergent Initiative which see founded to build the enhancement of life and leadership skills, mentoring to youth and adults by offering career coaching and one-on-one interviewing skills training for private school, high school, college, and employment interviews. She also enjoys donating her time working with non-profit organizations and getting their HR departments up and running.

Zarena is married to a foodie F&B executive, so she enjoys being spoiled by her husband’s fine dining cooking. She also enjoys working in her garden or being on the road with a fully-packed car headed to a mini-vacay (80lb doberman included) – always with a Starbucks in hand.

Nicole Mitchell

Nicole Mitchell, HR Consultant

Nicole is an experienced Human Resources professional who utilizes process-oriented approaches to build, develop and transform organizations and staff for optimum operational success. She has over 17 years of HR knowledge and is skilled in creating an employee-oriented, high-performance culture while emphasizing goal attainment and superior workforce optimization.

 

Her comprehensive background includes working at major companies like Target and CSI Laboratories. Nicole has a very broad knowledge base that contributes to her successful consulting including implementing HR policies, programs & procedures, compliance audits, employee & management training, benefits, payroll, leave administration, compensation analysis, recruiting & talent acquisition, performance management, and employee safety measures.

 

Nicole has built many start-up HR Departments with emphasis on compliance. This included identifying and implementing HRIS systems and all processes guiding the support and compliance in the HR functions. She coached, guided and counseled the development of individuals, the organization and the strategic recruiting process.

Joanna Boon

HR Consultant

Joanna has extensive and diverse human resources management experience in small to large size global organizations. She has also been a small business owner.

 

Joanna provides leadership, guidance, and solutions to organizations through
various stages of creation, growth, retrenching, change and stabilization. She drives solutions that enhance what already exists, with an appreciation of the past and a vision for the improved.

 

Joanna partners with her clients to establish effective HR strategies and delivery of advisory and operational services aligned to business values, strategies, and financial goals. She builds, transforms, and leads full-service HR functions including talent management (acquisition, succession & workforce planning, training & development, coaching, employee relations), total rewards (compensation and benefits), regulatory, compliance and vendor management, HRIS and shared services. She thrives on building high performance teams and is most proud of her ability to listen, influence, coach and build trusted partnerships.

 

Joanna earned her Bachelor of Science in Administrative Management degree from Clemson University with a minor in Occupational Safety and Health. She is also volunteer career consultant.

 

Due to her wanderlust and cultural curiosity, Joanna has lived in 12 US states (MA, MI, IL, PA, OH, GA, SC, AL, NY, NJ, CT, NC), England (London), Ireland (Dublin) and has traveled extensively. Out of all these, the beautiful autumn landscapes and colors in New England are her favorite.

 

When Joanna has time away from Flex HR, she enjoys spending time with her close- knit family and friends (both human and animals) and taking on old house renovations. She has a love of historical architecture (particularly farmhouses and barns), landscaping/gardening, reading, all music (particularly classical), a true southern homemade biscuit, a genuine NYC bagel and finding interesting and clever gadgets.

Lisa Bisgard, CCP

HR Consultant

Lisa has built her experience leading HR technology implementation projects for multinational companies to enhance their globalization initiatives. She has worked for The Coca-Cola Company, Equifax, Georgia- Pacific Corporation, Chemtronics, Willis Towers Watson, Kaiser and several HR technology companies.

 

With 30+ years of Human Resources capabilities, Lisa is a guru in processes as she engages in implementation of HRIS systems and prepares the documentation and flow of administration. Lisa is a true Project Manager in implementation of any technology solution for our clients.

 

While she is very accomplished at the HR technology and solutions side of HR, her project management skills play an important role in start-up companies to implement compensation, HRIS and benefit programs.

Deborah Murphy

HR Consultant

Deborah has 20+ years of experience in human resources and has been recognized as a Top HR Leader. Her vast HR knowledge includes leadership development, improving organizational workflow, establishing safety practices & procedures, Workers’ Comp, leadership development training, employee relations, flexible staffing processes, onboarding, and turnover reduction to name a few. She has implemented several HRMS systems, created new performance and management development programs and is familiar with various payroll methods. Deborah enjoys strategic workforce planning and maximizing metric improvements all the while reflecting the importance of culture building.

 

As a consultant for Flex HR, Deborah enjoys working with a diverse span of clients to apply her HR leadership expertise. Deborah is the President of the Organization Development Network of Chicago where she enjoys leading Board of Directors through transition periods including strategy consultation, budget priorities, customer research, program facilitation, systems analysis and services design.

Jennifer Preston

HR Consultant

Jennifer joined Flex to help manage consulting and recruiting projects for Flex HR’s clients. Her responsibilities include managing the recruiting process, consulting with our clients on new hiring needs, talent acquisition, on-boarding and future talent growth planning with our clients. Jennifer has worked with applicant tracking systems to assist clients everywhere through the country.

 

Jennifer was previously with Accenture and led global human resource delivery functions such as performance management, senior executive matters, career counseling, workforce management, employee relations, merger and acquisition activities.

 

At previous companies, Jennifer managed employee relations, compensation and benefits, legal compliance, plus performance management. At one company she managed the entire recruiting and selection process for all technical, consulting and management positions and independently recruited more than 75% of its employee base.

 

Jennifer is married and lives in Glenview, Illinois and has three active kids who live in ice rinks following their figure skating and hockey passions.  Jennifer loves to attend their events and games, work out, read, travel and take long walks with her dogs.

Lauren Meyers

HR Consultant

Lauren is a seasoned hands-on executive talent and HR generalist advisor with extensive experience understanding organizations in developing their teams, communities and organization while further developing their mission. She is knowledgeable in developing and executing key HR/talent strategies by providing successful options and solutions to overcome current obstacles or augmentation needs. Lauren builds and manages HR/Talent teams by providing them with tools to grow and develop in their professional development.

 

She enjoys the People Operations of working with both internal and external key stakeholders to drive HR operational efficiencies, drive and deliver human capacity strategies. At Flex HR she is involved with employee relations, Compensation & Benefits Administration, Organizational Design, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Performance Management, Leadership Development and Workforce Strategy. Lauren is continually leveraging relationships to continue to serve local and national marginalized communities.

 

Lauren holds a BSILR, Industrial and Labor Relations degree from Cornell University and she received her MBA in Human Resources Development at Capella University.

Akilah Bradford

HR Consultant

Akilah is a results-driven Human Resources executive offering 20 years of knowledge successfully executing business strategies including reorganizations, downsizing initiatives as well aggressive growth strategies with start-ups. Her background consists of extensive hotel and education industry experience. She has effectively managed HR functions for organizations employing 60 to over 500 associates, all the while
demonstrating the ability to positively manage change, deliver challenging messages, identify and resolve employee relation issues.

 

Some of Akilah’s specialized skills include legal compliance, HR audits, HR toolkits and Employee Handbooks, compensation planning, performance management, sexual harassment training, recruiting, staffing strategies, payroll operations, and benefits administration.

In her spare time, Akilah is an in-door spin instructor and weight-loss coach. She is the mother of a college senior and future Sports Journalist, Janae and the mother of a 15-year-old Poodle-Mix, Scruffy.

Sarah Dudley

HR Consultant

Sarah comes to Flex HR with over 15 years practicing operations, human resources, and project management. Specializing in empowering teams to achieve exceptional client experiences and outcomes she has a unique ability to help others harness their strengths to drive performance. Her experience includes high-growth consulting, healthcare, and technology industries.

 

Her responsibilities have included but are not limited to: full-cycle recruitment process, DEI Strategies, policy development, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations and employee training programs. Sarah has also led high quality innovative learning solutions comprising of webinars, virtual trainings and in-person seminars and conferences.

 

Sarah received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications at Rhode Island College and earned her Master of Science Healthcare Administration from Salve Regina University. Sarah is an Enneagram 3, the achiever, and resides in the Boston area.

Leslie Sanelli

Leslie received her M.S. in Human Organization Science – HR Development from Villanova University, and also has a B.A. in Psychology from West Virginia University. Leslie holds a Strategic HR Business Partner Certification from the Human Capital Institute.

 

Married with 3 kids, Leslie enjoys watching her kids play lacrosse. When she isn’t watching lacrosse, Leslie enjoys working out, walking her Australian shepherd, and reading. She is a retired ultimate frisbee player of 20+ years.

Vanessa Carmack

HR Consultant

Vanessa comes to Flex HR with over 15 years of human resource expertise. Most recently, she oversaw the Human Resources for a start-up distribution facility post Nestlé acquisition. There she reduced turnover by 30% restructuring hiring and onboarding processing, while also securing 10-15% wage increases for hourly staff. Vanessa also successfully implemented COVID, LOA, and sick pay management policies.

 

Vanessa’s creative servant- leadership in Fortune 500 and 100 environments combined with her long tenure in Human Resources Management, expands her ability to partner with C-Level Executives and other principal leaders. She prides
herself on building and rebuilding company culture, implementing change and reform, and designing and implementing processes to clearly navigate business uncertainties and build resiliency.

 

Her keen ability to identify business needs, as well as operational gaps, enables her to develop strategic outlines and tactics ensuring agility and progress in any environment. Vanessa’s penchant for detail has allowed her to successfully direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status. As a teacher and trainer, she proficiently coaches and helps counsel individuals, teams, and organizations for long term success.

 

Vanessa is an avid member of SHRM and also a three-time published author who in her spare time, enjoys spending time with family and traveling.

Tiffany Jones

HR Consultant

Tiffany has almost 15 years of human resource experience that spans over an array of industries. Most recently she not only led Human Resources efforts but also served as a Payroll Specialist simultaneously at the Local, State and Federal level. She actively still holds a secret security clearance issued by the government.

 

Before joining the Flex HR family, Tiffany provided guidance regarding employee relations, developing HR programs, services, and policies to support strategic goals. Other HR roles she is skilled at include benefits administration, HRIS systems, organizational culture, FMLA, ADA and OSHA law regulations, onboarding, compliance, and recruiting.

 

Tiffany has her Master of Arts in International Peace & Conflict Resolution with the American University of Washington, DC. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Associate of Arts in General Studies. She was awarded the Rising Heroine in Technology, Heroines in Technology Awards, presented by The Northern Virginia Chapter of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and the March of Dimes.

 

Tiffany loves to travel and in 2015 she lived in Nairobi, Kenya for almost a year to collect data for her Masters degree.  While in Kenya she also taught English to students who were fleeing from political unrest.  On the weekends she volunteered at a health clinic in one of Kenya’s largest slums.

 

In her down time, Tiffany and her husband enjoy watching their daughter grow and explore the world with their chocolate Labrador Baxter.

Alison Straub

HR Consultant

Alison is a dynamic individual with a passion for people and progressive experience overseeing various facets of Human Resources and talent acquisition programs. She is a driven leader who has spent over 18 years building strong collaborative and communication skills resulting in long term, productive relationships.

Supporting the essential functions of HR, her HR knowledge base includes on-and-off boarding, benefits administration, compliance, performance evaluations, employee relations, conflict resolution, leave management, coaching, training, employee engagement and assists in defining policies and procedures.  Her expertise is in talent acquisition and recruiting.

Alison received her B.A. in Psychology from State University at Binghamton. She loves family game nights and dance parties with her two daughters and husband. She practices yoga, meditation and breath work regularly. She also enjoys nature walks and sunshine with her puppy Ruby as well as books about spiritual and personal growth.

Another fun fact is that Alison is level 1 and 2 Reiki certified and excited to obtain Master level in the near future. As a Reiki Practitioner, she believes that kindness, empathy and mindfulness are cost-effective and powerful leadership tools. She encourages her clients to practice self-care and explore their mind-body connection.

Shannon Deamer

HR Consultant

With over ten years of expertise and certified endorsements, Shannon joins our Flex HR team. As a service-oriented leader, Shannon’s forte includes developing the most effective hiring practices for employers and improved job search strategies for job seekers.

Shannon’s proficient track record includes increased direct-hire placements among teams, high client retention and rapid job placements for mid-level to executive roles in a variety of industries. Her dedication and exceptional abilities have consistently yielded high growth within organizations throughout her profession.

She earned both her BS in Psychology and BA in Sociology from University of New Orleans, and an MA in Industrial/Organization Psychology from Louisiana Tech University. Most recently, she has completed her coursework toward a Doctorate in Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Shannon is distinguished by certified credentials that signify her expertise and dedication to the highest degree of professionalism. She is a Certified Staffing Professional as well as a Certified Search Consultant with the American Staffing Association. She is also a dynamic presenter and speaker having led numerous workshops for various organizations. Using her mastery and leadership abilities, Shannon is invariably passionate about her goal to positively impact the lives of others.

She enjoys volunteering with her church and local nonprofit, Empower225, and serves on two organizations in Chicago as a Board member. She is a mother of two – 1 daughter and a bonus daughter – and two fur babies – oversized cats who act like dogs. Shannon spends most of her time with family, friends, and helping people in need. She is so passionate for the work that she does, which never really feels like work to her.

Amy Chism

HR Consultant

Amy brings to the table over 12 years in healthcare recruiting, most recently dedicating her knowledge as an Executive Search Consultant.

 

She comes to Flex HR with a focus on executive recruiting. Before entering the executive search industry, Amy worked in healthcare recruiting for the past 12 years on a contingent basis. Here she developed relationships with physicians in the company network in order to properly source, prospect and bring the recruiting process full circle.

 

Prior to recruiting, Amy worked in marketing, advertising, and public relations for several high-profile clients in the Houston market. Throughout her various territories, she is known for her professionalism, dedication and rapport with candidates and clients.

 

Amy is passionate in her goal of surpassing her client’s expectations and assisting them with talent acquisition. Working hard to truly understand both client and candidate needs to ensure a great match, she prides herself on strong ethics and honest values.

 

Amy holds a BA in Communications/Business Administration from Texas A&M University in College Station.

 

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, keeping busy with her three kids, traveling and cheering on the Texas Aggies!

Mary Ann Haskins

Mary Ann is an experienced, senior human resources professional with a passion to encourage and support a strengths-based culture in a professional, ethical manner. She uses fresh ideas and proven knowledge to build, develop and transform organizations and staff for optimum operational success. Mary Ann has over 30 years of HR knowledge and is skilled in creating an employee-oriented, high-performance culture while emphasizing goal attainment and superior workforce optimization.

 

Mary Ann’s comprehensive background includes working at major companies like AER Energy Resources and Siebel Systems, which was bought by Oracle. Mary Ann has a very broad knowledge base that contributes to her successful consulting including implementing HR policies, payroll procedures, compliance audits, employee & management training, benefits, payroll, leave administration, compensation analysis, recruiting & talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.

 

Mary Ann has built multiple start-up HR departments with emphasis on compliance and systems support. This included identifying and implementing HRIS systems and all processes guiding the support and compliance in the HR functions. She coached, guided and counseled the development of individuals, the organization and the strategic recruiting process.

Stephanie Ledford

Stephanie is a high-performing human resources and recruitment professional coming to Flex HR with over 15 years of HR generalist, employee relations, training and development, and recruiting/talent acquisition experience. Her strengths include affiliating HR strategy to organizational and departmental goals, combating personnel issues and organizational development that align with organizational mission, vision, and values.

 

Although her HR passion is HR policies and procedures, Stephanie is also experienced in talent acquisition, employee relations, employee engagement, training and leadership development, benefits and compensation, employment and labor compliance, performance review processes, and human capital management.

 

Receiving her Bachelor of Arts at the University of Kentucky, Stephanie then earned her Master of Science in Human Resources at Western Carolina University. She also is certified with the Society of Human Resource Management and remains a member.

 

Stephanie resides in Florida with her husband and two young boys. She enjoys running and in her free time, makes iced cookies for friends, family, and sometimes clients!
