Flex HR Welcomes New Senior Vice President of HR Operations
Flex HR is pleased to announce the hiring of Jennifer Bryant, PHR, SHRM-CP as our SVP of Human Resource Operations. In her new role, Jennifer is responsible for managing Employee Universe for our clients, continuously improving internal policies and processes, while upholding a company culture employees can be proud of.
Prior to joining Flex HR, Jennifer held the position of Director of Human Resources for Evermark LLC. In Suwanee, GA. Jennifer has extensive human resources leadership experience including corporate strategic planning, process improvement, cost containment, conflict resolution, change management, labor relations, recruitment and retention, personnel development and benefit administration. Jennifer has a proven track record of developing and implementing strategic initiatives to support both our corporate and our client’s growth objectives. “I look forward to serving in my new role and contributing to the continued success and growth of Flex HR,” Bryant said.
