Krystal Woolley

Krystal Woolley is an innovative human resource professional with more than 15 years of experience. Krystal brings so much talent to her clients at Flex HR with her skills in human resource strategy, organizational culture, legal compliance, policy formulation, process improvement, labor/employee relations, compensation and benefits, risk management, HRIS system implementation, talent recruitment and retention.

As a certified strategic HR business partner, she excels at helping businesses grow their teams and refine strategies with expertise. Krystal takes a hands-on and strategic approach to providing expertise in the areas of employee relations, workforce planning, diversity & inclusion, performance management, employee retention, and OSHA projects as necessary. She enjoys serving as a coach to managers and employees, uniting all people-related issues to ensure that people stand high on the forefront of business agendas.

Krystal works with companies who are based in the U.S. but also have employee groups in Canada, the UK and Ukraine. Krystal is well-versed in creating strategies for working with different cultures and work expectations.

Krystal is pursuing her master’s in business administration with a concentration in human resources. Krystal also holds the following certifications:

Stephanie Whitney

HR Consultant

Stephanie comes to Flex HR as a proven talent leader. She has a highly successful track record implementing broad range strategic initiatives across talent management, employee engagement, onboarding, training, compensation and recruiting in fast paced, highly dynamic organizations including McKinsey & Company and WW Grainger, Inc., as well as smaller organizations with less formalized structure.

In her HR roles, Stephanie regularly partnered with senior leaders in the organization designing and managing performance management, compensation and succession programs, onboarding and terminating team members, delivering training programs, as well as complex employee relaions and compliance support. Additionally, as a certified Professional Coach, Stephanie provided formalized coaching to leaders and high performing individual contributors to accelerate their success and contributions. Stephanie has the unique ability to easily move from broad strategy design to rolling up her sleeves and focusing on the details. Prior to her roles in HR, Stephanie worked in marketing and sales and understands the importance of ensuring the HR strategy aligns with business goals.

In addition to her traditional HR experience, Stephanie also spent time in a volunteer role leading a non-profit public school foundation, and currently volunteers on the Talent & Culture Committee at The Josselyn Center, a non-profit that provides community-based mental health care and outreach. Stephanie received her Master of Science in Human Resources (MSHR) at Loyola University Chicago, and also has her SPHR Certification. Additionally, she is a certified leadership and career coach through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC).

When Stephanie is not working, she enjoys working out, reading, taking walks with her dog, watching her daughter’s track and cross country meets and spending summers at her son’s many travel baseball games.

Stefanie Stocke

Stefanie is a results-driven Senior HR leader with 30+ years of experience, primarily in the manufacturing space. Her areas of expertise include benefits administration, HCM system optimization, employee relations, recruiting, safety, payroll, and training. She has a proven track record of developing talent, ensuring compliance, and driving business success.

Her HR skills include conflict resolution, employee engagement, talent management and recruitment, safety, payroll, and training; HRIS management (ADP), including setup, configuration, and reporting; developing and implementing HR policies and programs; multi-jurisdiction handbook design in compliance with labor laws and regulations; transitioning companies through the M&A process; and managing health and retirement plans.

Tara Secue

HR Consultant

Tara comes to Flex HR as a Strategic and results-driven HR Professional with a proven track record in HR Transformation and Commercial Excellence. Overseeing end-to-end Talent Strategy, she brings a wealth of experience in recruiting, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. Tara has a passion for leveraging her expertise in aligning talent programs with business objectives and driving engagement in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Previously, Tara spearheaded the Management Operation System (MOS) to ensure alignment with CEO and leadership team expectations of a major, multinational publicly traded, NYSE company. She improved organizational processes, partnered with a Global HR business software product to transform and realign HR efforts, drove performance management tactics, managed talent and recruiting, ran onboarding tasks, coached senior leadership teams, led training & development programs, and foresaw D&I initiatives.

Tara received her Bachelor of Arts with a minor in Human Resources at Mount Union College. And she received her Master of Business Administration in HR through Keller Graduates School of Management in Ohio. She holds the following certifications:

Tara really brings a zest for life cultivated through her diverse range of hobbies and interests. When Tara is not immersed in the world of HR, you’ll find her traversing the globe with her husband, indulging in boating escapades during the summer, hitting the slopes on skis during winter, and kicking up some friendly competition in a co-ed soccer league year round. A fun fact is that she is a proud identical twin, and that she recently conquered 7 countries in a single summer, with Greece claiming the title of her favorite destination!

Leslie Sanelli

With over 25 years of experience, Leslie has proven talent in Human Resources Management with a strong ability to communicate ideas and objectives in a fast paced, dynamic growth environment. Her areas of expertise include employee relations, employee engagement, coaching, HR systems, performance management, talent management, compensation, payroll, policy, procedure development & implementation.

She has worked with companies of all sizes, globally, in various industries including manufacturing, health, safety & environmental sector, technology, and banking to further add to her background.

Leslie received her M.S. in Human Organization Science – HR Development from Villanova University, and also has a B.A. in Psychology from West Virginia University. Leslie holds a Strategic HR Business Partner Certification from the Human Capital Institute.

Married with 3 kids, Leslie enjoys watching her kids play lacrosse. When she isn’t watching lacrosse, Leslie enjoys working out, walking her Australian shepherd, and reading. She is a retired ultimate frisbee player of 20+ years.

Vivian Rodriguez-Clarke

With over twenty five years of HR management expertise, Vivian joins our Flex HR team. She has worked for large companies and high-growth start-ups with multi-state operations. Her track record of building HR teams from the ground up, leading organizations of over 2500 employees and bolstering retention, engagement and performance is one of the many assets she brings to Flex HR.

Vivian is a strategic thinker and thought leader who strives to influence and advise other business leaders. She has extensive knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws, policy creation and execution, change management, health benefits, and compensation planning. She also previously supported a region of 10,000 employees providing employee relations guidance, service culture training and conducted HR audits across the organization.

She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Georgia State University. Vivian is very excited for her daughter to attend the University of Alabama. She has 2 rescue cats and one dog. Vivian and her daughter are volunteers at Fur Kids Atlanta a no-kill animal shelter. When she is not saving the HR world, Vivian loves to run and has run in 27 marathons including 2 Boston marathons.

Natalie Morrissey

Recruitment Consultant

Natalie Morrissey is the Director of Recruitment at Flex HR, where she leads recruiting strategy and delivery for clients across a wide range of industries. With a background in strategic talent consulting, operations leadership, talent alignment, and overall talent transformation, Natalie partners closely with organizations to design and execute recruiting solutions that support immediate hiring needs while enabling long-term workforce growth.

In her role, Natalie oversees end-to-end recruiting efforts, advising clients on talent acquisition strategy, market dynamics, and scalable hiring processes. She is known for her ability to bridge business goals with people strategy, bringing structure, clarity, and efficiency to complex hiring environments. Her experience spans healthcare, finance, nonprofit, energy, professional services organizations, and more giving her a nuanced understanding of how talent needs evolve across different business models and growth stages.

Natalie’s approach is highly collaborative, and results driven. She is frequently sought out as a trusted thought partner by leaders navigating growth, change, or operational complexity, and she is recognized for building strong client relationships and high-performing recruiting outcomes grounded in data, process improvement, and sound business judgment.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Family Entrepreneurship and a Master’s degree in Business with a concentration in Finance, which informs her analytical, ROI-focused approach to recruiting and workforce planning. She also sits on the Board of Directors for Child’s Voice, reflecting her commitment to mission-driven work and community impact.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys reading, spending time with her twins, staying active, volunteering for a variety of organizations, and continuously learning.

Teresa Monday

Director, Compensation & SR HR Manager

Teresa Monday joined Flex HR, Inc. at the beginning of 2009, to lead the Recruiting/Executive Search efforts for all Flex HR’s Clients. Teresa’s responsibilities include managing the recruiting process, consulting with our clients on new hiring needs, talent acquisition, on-boarding and future talent growth planning with our clients. Teresa or a member of her team also works virtually or at our client’s sites as needed on a consulting basis part time when a full time recruiter is not needed year round.

Teresa is a proven and accomplished Recruiting professional with over 20 years of experience providing consultative services including both Corporate and the Staffing Industry to include 12 years of Management experience. Working both sides within recruiting industry, she has been able to provide upscale candidates to all her clients past and present regardless of industry or position.

Teresa has implemented HR initiatives that have had an impact on business objectives, has lowered turnover rates for companies by 50% within the 1st year of servicing a client by understanding the company’s exact needs and most importantly, driving their business performance. Some initiatives include talent acquisition, career development, compensation analysis, performance management, workers’ comp, train the trainer, employee relations, workforce planning, forecast needs, strategic staffing and talent management. Listening and understanding the clients exact need is Teresa’s biggest asset to all our clients.

Nicole Mitchell

HR Consultant

Nicole is an experienced Human Resources professional who utilizes process-oriented approaches to build, develop and transform organizations and staff for optimum operational success. She has over 17 years of HR knowledge and is skilled in creating an employee-oriented, high-performance culture while emphasizing goal attainment and superior workforce optimization.

Her comprehensive background includes working at major companies like Target and CSI Laboratories. Nicole has a very broad knowledge base that contributes to her successful consulting including implementing HR policies, programs & procedures, compliance audits, employee & management training, benefits, payroll, leave administration, compensation analysis, recruiting & talent acquisition, performance management, and employee safety measures.

Nicole has built many start-up HR Departments with emphasis on compliance. This included identifying and implementing HRIS systems and all processes guiding the support and compliance in the HR functions. She coached, guided and counseled the development of individuals, the organization and the strategic recruiting process.

Stephanie Ledford

HR Consultant

Stephanie is a high-performing human resources and recruitment professional coming to Flex HR with over 15 years of HR generalist, employee relations, training and development, and recruiting/talent acquisition experience. Her strengths include affiliating HR strategy to organizational and departmental goals, combating personnel issues and organizational development that align with organizational mission, vision, and values.

Although her HR passion is HR policies and procedures, Stephanie is also experienced in talent acquisition, employee relations, employee engagement, training and leadership development, benefits and compensation, employment and labor compliance, performance review processes, and human capital management.

Receiving her Bachelor of Arts at the University of Kentucky, Stephanie then earned her Master of Science in Human Resources at Western Carolina University. She also is certified with the Society of Human Resource Management and remains a member.

Stephanie resides in Florida with her husband and two young boys. She enjoys running and in her free time, makes iced cookies for friends, family, and sometimes clients!
