Stephanie comes to Flex HR as a proven talent leader. She has a highly successful track record implementing broad range strategic initiatives across talent management, employee engagement, onboarding, training, compensation and recruiting in fast paced, highly dynamic organizations including McKinsey & Company and WW Grainger, Inc., as well as smaller organizations with less formalized structure.

In her HR roles, Stephanie regularly partnered with senior leaders in the organization designing and managing performance management, compensation and succession programs, onboarding and terminating team members, delivering training programs, as well as complex employee relaions and compliance support. Additionally, as a certified Professional Coach, Stephanie provided formalized coaching to leaders and high performing individual contributors to accelerate their success and contributions. Stephanie has the unique ability to easily move from broad strategy design to rolling up her sleeves and focusing on the details. Prior to her roles in HR, Stephanie worked in marketing and sales and understands the importance of ensuring the HR strategy aligns with business goals.

In addition to her traditional HR experience, Stephanie also spent time in a volunteer role leading a non-profit public school foundation, and currently volunteers on the Talent & Culture Committee at The Josselyn Center, a non-profit that provides community-based mental health care and outreach. Stephanie received her Master of Science in Human Resources (MSHR) at Loyola University Chicago, and also has her SPHR Certification. Additionally, she is a certified leadership and career coach through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC).

When Stephanie is not working, she enjoys working out, reading, taking walks with her dog, watching her daughter’s track and cross country meets and spending summers at her son’s many travel baseball games.
