Carolyn A. Hill is a seasoned Human Resources executive with over 20 years of proven leadership experience across diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, professional services, consumer products, and manufacturing. With deep expertise as a strategic business partner, Carolyn has supported a wide range of client groups—sales and marketing, engineering, operations, manufacturing, & customer service, and corporate functions—within complex, matrixed, and multi-site environments.
Carolyn has held senior leadership roles within both Fortune 500 companies and growth-stage organizations, where she has led large-scale transformation efforts, workforce planning initiatives, and post-acquisition integrations. Notably, she directed all start-up HR functions for Avion Pharmaceuticals, building the HR infrastructure from the ground up, and later served as an HR leader for Kimberly-Clark Healthcare (now Avanos), where she facilitated a $600M divestiture and post-M&A integration. Her hands-on leadership spanned talent management, employee engagement, organizational design, compensation strategy, benefits, and performance systems integration.
