She is passionate about lifting the burden of compliance from her clients, so they can focus on growth and operational excellence. Alisa works with a variety of industries in her practice, including small businesses, nonprofits, government agencies, education, and human services organizations.
In her HR experience, Alisa has worked at the HR Director level and has led talent acquisition teams. She has also been in many different types of HRIS and payroll platforms, created data management support systems, completed HR and payroll audits, and crafted HR policies and procedures.
In her spare time, Alisa is a beach enthusiast and a foster parent; she loves traveling with her husband, reading, and playing with her dog.
