We are excited to welcome Jennifer “Jenny” Morehead to Flex HR as our new CEO. Jenny has always been an entrepreneur, with a strong sales and marketing background. Her passion is to exceed client expectations by building strong and successful teams.
Before stepping on board with Flex HR, Jenny effectively launched a marketing solutions company for local businesses through the country. She was responsible for human resources in addition to her duties as CEO. Prior to her marketing solutions business she helped with recruiting, hiring, and creating new employee training sessions for a media company.

An estimated 17.5 million employees miss work on Monday after the big game. That’s about $4 billion in lost productivity for companies, says a survey by the Workforce Institute at Kronos Inc. Often referred to as the “Big Game Fever,” there is still a great push for the day after the Big Game to become a National holiday. In fact, according to a poll from DraftKings, nearly half of people surveyed said they would be willing to give up another holiday during the year to get the Monday after the Big Game off work without using personal vacation time.

Flex HR carried out another successful Merger and Acquisition by completing ABB Financial Group, Inc. (ABB), parent company of Affinity Bank, merging with Covington, GA-based Newton Federal Bank. Their specialized HR team of M&A experts has been working in the background since the preliminary announcement of the merger in August to warrant a seamless transition. HR professionals play a fundamental role to both sides of the merger & acquisition by facilitating and integrating the process to strategically plan for any legal issues that may arise, and then implement the growth strategy of the new endeavor.
