The Flex HR Leadership Roundtable is an interactive virtual workshop designed exclusively for small and mid-sized business leaders. Each quarterly session brings together a small group of peers for a facilitated conversation with a Flex HR expert on timely HR topics affecting today’s workplaces.

Topics may include:

Creating or updating an employee handbook
Avoiding common compliance risks
Managing employee relations challenges
Strengthening hiring and retention practices
Addressing other emerging workplace issues

Rather than a traditional webinar, each session gives participants the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and learn from other leaders facing similar challenges. You’ll leave with practical guidance and fresh perspectives you can apply within your own organization.
