During the event’s call, we shared our Wheel of Services,  explaining how we provide any of these services to bank members. We can also supplement an HR manager and/or payroll manager to help to support these HR services. We also do migration services as CBA members were discussing. We have consultants that can help support one-off roles and responsibilities such as handbook help, employee investigations, etc.

 

There were some questions from CBA members regarding payroll audits to which we described our knowledge with payroll audits as well as payroll implementation that we help companies initiate. Our Flex HR consultants and managers work with your HRIS systems to safeguard all information is transferred and in compliance properly.
