Contract Needs: Flex HR is your go-to recruiting department only when you need it. We are your virtual recruiter on an as-needed basis. For short projects, vacancy fill-in or temporary assignments, we will work with you to find the ideal candidate to meet your requirements. And one added bonus while that candidate is on assignment, your company will have access to one free hour of senior level HR consulting each month. This helps ensure you are on the right track of achieving your ultimate goals of the job fit.

Cost Effective Hourly Plan: Our clients find this plan to be the most economical and we will customize an approach that will fit your particular hiring needs. We help you for as little or as much of the actual search as you prefer. This by-the-hour plan is used by many of our clients to get them through one or more of the steps to the final selection. Once hired there is no additional cost to you.

Contingency / Direct Hire Search Plan: Finding the right person for your company's position is sometimes a matter of fit, scalability, knowledge and the candidate's behavioral traits. We can also provide customized mentoring programs allowing you to be cost effective in the hiring process. Our direct hire cost is normally below the standard prices of typical executive search and staffing firms with a range of a 60 - 90-day guarantee. Cost is based upon a case-by-case basis and with your companies staffing needs and volume.
