Debbie Altieri , PHR , Manager, Human Resources

Debbie has over 25 years of HR experience on the operational side of Human Capital Management. She achieved a BS in Human Resources Management Summa Cum Lade from Capella University.

Debbie joined Flex HR in 2010 and heads up Client Compliance. She is an Operational HR Manager supporting many of Flex HR’s Clients. Her focus on detail has reinforced dozens of human resources projects that are surrounded by mass data management, wage & hour, compliance audits, due diligence reviews and Merger & Acquisition support.

Her background started in Payroll Management. She then moved her career focus to Compensation, HRIS systems Management, Pension Plan administration, Benefits Design and implementation, and leave administration. Prior to joining Flex HR, Debbie was a Generalist HR Manager. Projects she has worked on recently have been DOL, Wage & Hour, FLSA, Payroll, ICE, Compensation, and 401K audits. Debbie also has conducted several mergers in the area of Benefits and Policy integration. She also supports many clients as their go-to HR Manager on an as needed basis.

Debbie has served in various professional leadership roles and received additional Certifications including:
