Cherie Pritchard, SPHR, Vice President HR Client Services
Cherie has over 20 years of progressive human resources management experience. Her experience range includes multi-type organizations and industries such as financial services companies, call centers, start-up operations, light manufacturing, county government and high tech, from 10 employees to over 6,000 covering over 26 multi-site locations including international at the Director and Vice President levels. She is known and respected for her innovative and frequent cost-savings initiatives.
Her responsibilities have included, but are not limited to: Strategic HR Planning & Execution, Policy & Procedure, Benefits, Compensation (including Executive and Sales Incentive), HRIS systems, Performance Systems, Employee Relations, Recognition & Reward Plans, Diversity Practices, Training & Development, Federal & State Compliance and HIPAA Compliance. She has key-role experience in due diligence, mergers, acquisitions, cultural acclimation and insurance negotiations.
In addition to her SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources certification), Cherie earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Florida State University, College of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing, as well as, teaching as an Adjunct Instructor in the College of Business, Florida State University.
She has served in various civic and professional leadership roles including:

- Human Grants Review Committee — Leon County Board of County Commissioners
- President — College of Business Alumni Association, Florida State University

- Editor/Chairperson for SHRM Atlanta monthly magazine — "The Human Resource"
Cherie is active in both the National Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and SHRM Atlanta where she is the 2007 Chairperson of the Atlanta, NE GEM. She is also a member of the Duluth Fall Festival Sponsor Committee and resides in Duluth, Georgia.
