Michael G. Miller, Senior Vice President

Mike Miller has over 30 years of experience in the field of Human Resources in the electronics, foundry, and paper industries. In the corporate arena prior to consulting, Mike worked with Matsushita Electric Industrial Company and Panasonic Corporation of North America, one of the top global corporations in the world. Mike's diverse background includes manufacturing and non-manufacturing businesses, union and non-union operations, and American and foreign owned corporations. He has provided executive vision and counsel by steering organizations through accelerated growth or turning around under performing businesses. He is recognized as being a creative and high-energy business executive, who can put concepts into action plans.

Mike distinguishes himself through reinventing human resources functions that become proactive business partners, priority focused leaders, best practice implementers, and creative thinkers within the organizations. He has implemented numerous HR initiatives that have had an impact on business objectives, and most importantly, business performance. Some initiatives include compensation, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, benefits, and talent management. Mike has been successful at integrating business, functional and individual objectives to enhance overall business performance.

Mike Miller earned his B.A. from Ripon College in Wisconsin, was a recipient of a Bronze Star as a Vietnam veteran, is certified in DISC Behavioral and Values models, and a member of the Society of Human Resources, national and Atlanta chapters.
