Paul Sundberg, Senior Vice President

Paul Sundberg is a Senior Human Resources Executive with a domestic and global background. He has expertise in start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, with concentration in the services, transportation and technology industries.

Paul led the U.S. and international Human Resources Department at Worldspan, a company with 3400 employees in more than 20 countries. He provided leadership in HR areas including compensation, benefits, employee and leadership development, staffing, employee relations, HRIS, employee communications, performance management and talent management.

Throughout Paul's 25 year HR career, he has developed leading edge performance management processes as well as global talent succession planning, creating a pool of talent within organizations. Paul designed many benefit strategies that contributed to many company's financial goals.

Mr. Sundberg has lead cost effective and efficient compensation and reward programs that recognized and rewarded companies' top performers. While leading Worldspan's Human Resources, Worldspan was selected by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as the #1 A+ Employer in 2002.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota. He is a member of SHRM, Habitat for Humanity, Young Life, and is an honorably discharged veteran.
